We're so excited to join the Lead Resource Fair, showing a demonstration on Lead-Safe Cleaning and how to use Lumetallix Instant Lead Detection test.

Session 1: 10 AM - 1PM: Lead Safety Information.
Exhibitors, Interactive Displays prepared by the University of Arizona, and Presentations and Workshops
- 10.30 AM: Lead in Lakeview a short video and discussion from lead survivors. Moderated by CLASH's Rev. Darrick Wade.
- 11.15 AM: Lead and the Media. A panel of Cleveland Journalists talk about the covering Cleveland's Lead Safe Movement. Moderated by Dr. Michael Dover, CSU College of Social Work.
- Noon-12.45 PM: DIY Lead Safe Practices. Free EPA manuals on lead-safe practices. Samples of Lumettalix. Do's and Don'ts of DIY. How to use spray home lead test kits. Presented by Anthony Weaver, Toledo's Lead Paint Detectives.
- SoilSHOP
- -- Bring your soil samples to be screened for lead. Staff from the University of Arizona will scan lead samples from 10am-1pm. Plan to come early!
- Child lead testing by Metro Health. Children under the age of 6 who have not been tested in the past 12 month are eligible. Reservations Recommended! CLASH will provide gift cards to families for each child who is tested.
Session 2: 1PM-4 PM Telling, Listening, Sharing. Residents, activists, and community leaders are invited to share insights about child lead testing.
